Weed recognition

Our system can recognize weeds down to the earliest appearing leaves of the size of a few millimeters. This is true for both monocotyledons and dicotyledons where our system shows special excellence in the recognition of early monocotyledons in comparison to other available systems. By constantly adding to our training dataset we ensure constant improvement of the overall performance and furthermore increase the adjustment to different field conditions. By enhancing the dataset on individual weed species, we work on improving our system, widening the range of weeds that RoboWeedMaps can identify down to species level.
